Last February the soul world enjoyed an intriguing long player, ‘Ten Of Diamonds’ from GLOW. We learned that GLOW was an acronym for GIFTED LEAGUE OF WRITERS – the brainchild of producer DAWN McGHEE who commissioned some of her favourite musicians to write some new music and then recorded it with some top names. Those involved in the project included people like Bobby Sparks, Gino Lockhart, Ernie G, Omar, Cymphony Jaxon and Honey Larochelle.
The GLOW team now return with a new remix of their song ‘All Woman’. The track features vocalist, Nndi and the producer is Ahmed Sirour who takes the tune into soulful house territory whilst retaining a jazzy neo-soul flavour… energized and interesting. They say the single “is a broad ode to “All Women” and champions the strides and accomplishments of All Women globally.”.
