Fed up with this cold and damp winter? Well, JOEY NEGRO and his SUNBURST BAND have the perfect antidote. The ever-reliable little combo has just released a cockle-warming EP which features two vital tracks – ‘Face The Fire’ and ‘Only Time Will Tell’.
The latter is a wonderfully Latin-tinged , jazzy romp offering the promise of better (and warmer!) times ahead. The cherry on this soul cup cake is a svelte vocal from Angela Johnson.
‘Face The Fire’ is a tad slower but with its tight little beat pattern it’s still eminently danceable. It comes in a plethora of mixes from top notch names like Rainer, Truby and Marlow… not forgetting Joey’s own Revival mix. All the usual download platforms will give you access to the goodies.
