Following the critical success of his last long player, 2014’s ‘In The Red Room’, London’s SHAUN ESCOFFERY is all set to release a brand new album. The 13 tracker’s called ‘Evergreen’ and is set for a September 2nd release on Dome Records.
In the meantime, the album’s first single ‘When The Love Is Gone’ has enjoyed heavy rotation on the BBC Radio 2 playlist becoming Shaun’s 5th consecutive A-listed song on Radio 2. ‘Evergreen’s’ second single is to be the Philly-flavoured ‘Love Shine Down’… another wonderfully radio friendly cut.
Both songs are album focuses, but other noteworthy tracks include a cover of the Eurhythmics ‘Here Comes The Rain Again’ (a duet with Andreya Triana) and the album title track which is a collaboration with Joss Stone. There’ll be a full album review here @ SJF very soon.
Shaun will be promoting the album via a mini tour…. dates are:
Sept 17th – Union Chapel, London
Oct 25th – Bristol The Lantern
Oct 26th – Southend Palace
Oct 28th – Birmingham Elgar Concert Hall
Oct 30th – Manchester RNCM
