Though few details are currently to hand, various sources are reporting the death of original Heatwave drummer ERNEST “BILBO” BERGER. Born in what was then Czechoslovakia, he played on all the band’s biggest hits.
The news of his passing was announced by his wife Grace. It’s suggested that he died in hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest on March 1st. He was 73.
