It was back in April when the UK’s SHAILA PROSPERE bared her ‘Emotions’ to the soul world. The tune came in a focus “guitar mix” with the “guitar” coming via maestro Cyio Brown. Keyboards on the track were down to Family Reunion’s Rickardo Reid (a long-time collaborator of Shaila) and alongside producer Soulcadelic (AKA Roy Williamson) they built a pulsing, soul tune.
Shaila’s ‘Emotions’ is now back amongst us in three brand spanking new mixes. First up there’s a thumping R&B-tinged remix from producers HeavyHan & Modest Music and for those who like things a little different there are two dance mixes – one (sparse and electro) from Swanyo 5, the other, via Efan, goes deep into house territory.
