The annual sonic smorgasbord that is the Cheltenham Jazz Festival returns in May for six days (1st to the 6th) with a tremendous line up of performers – among the star attractions this year are veterans such as the legendary DIONNE WARWICK, plus VAN MORRISON, GEORGIE FAME and vibraphone master, GARY BURTON, as well as relative newcomers GREGORY PORTER, NOISETTES, NATALIE DUNCAN, LIANNE LE HAVAS, ROLLER TRIO – a Mercury Music Award-nominated band – and the hotly-tipped singer, LAURA MVULA.
Also due to appear are chanteuse MADELEINE PEYROUX, jazz trumpeter DAVE DOUGLAS, ex-Miles Davis guitarist MIKE STERN (who will be performing in tandem with BILL EVANS), saxophonist RAVI COLTRANE and many others.
