THE DOGGETT BROTHERS’ album ‘Colours’ won the Great Yarmouth siblings plenty of friends right across the soul community. The energized single ‘Outta Control’ kept the momentum full on for Greg and Carl and now the duo are set to unleash a remixed version of the LP’s title cut.
The new mix of ‘Colours’ come via Milan based, international DJ and Producer Mark di Meo. Signor di Meo takes the tune into soulful house territory… but there’s still plenty of soul (especially in Laura Jackson’s immaculate vocal) to keep the soul crowd happy!
The Doggetts say: “We have worked previously with Mark and simply love what he does. He just knows how to create feel good soulful house tracks that make people move”.
In addition to that remix of ‘Colours’, Mark has also drafted in the help of Gerardo Smedile and Deezy for a smooth, deep dub version of the track.
Both versions of Colours feat. Laura Jackson (Mark di Meo Remix and The Gerardo Smedile & Deezy dub remix) will be available on Traxsource, iTunes and all other download sites on 21st November 2016.
