ANDRÉ WARD is a Chicago-based smooth jazz/soul sax player, who, we’re told, was something of a child musical prodigy. His most recent long player was 2022’s ‘Africa Rising’ from which a number of singles have been released.
The newest single from it is a sweet and smooth soul groove, ‘Classy Lady’ which we believe was released to tie in with International Women’s Day. André’s team describe it as “a love letter to women who carry themselves with poise, confidence, and an undeniable glow”.
Resorting to cliché, it is a very classy track, simple but effective. It’s a vocal to boot but with no real info with our promo we’ll have to guess that the singer’s Mr Ward himself? Out now.
