CARO B is a new(ish) singer from the Washington DC area and she’s worked as a writer and in musical theatre but she insists that singing is her first love. Well, she does sing sweetly on her latest single, the invitation that is ‘You Can Be My Boo’ .
Caro says that created the song with the idea of being a fun dance track that would get everyone onto the dance floor. There’s a retro feel to the track, though it does veer to the poppy end of the soul/dance spectrum. Out now
