SASKWATCH are the latest soul and funk band to emerge from the land down under. The nine piece outfit hail from Melbourne and feature big-voiced NKECHI ANELE out front and she sings her socks off on the band’s latest single – ‘I Get Lonely’. It’s a gritty, tough slab of garage funk and was a showstopper at SASKWATCH’S recent Glastonbury performance.
The B-side is a remix of the their debut single – the equally raucous ‘Your Love’ . The song was championed by CRAIG CHARLES and it’s easy to hear why…. three minutes worth of in-your-face funk/soul.
