Boutique label, IZIPHO RECORDS continue their successful liaison with cult Nashville-based soul man DWAYNE SCIVALLY (above) via the release of a delicious, new 7” single that pairs two quality cuts – both of which merit being the official A side.

The official lead side is a gorgeous ‘Point Of No Return’ (no, not the Louis Jordan song, so brilliantly covered by Georgie Fane). This “Point” has  been around since 2016 and has won plenty of plays from plenty of top soul tastemakers, so to satisfy demand the Izipho team are making it readily available

The release’s putative B side is an equally smooth and satisfying, ‘So Good’ on which ex Sergeant Scivally (he’s a US Air Force vet!) channels his inner Will Downing – no bad thing in my book. Both tracks by the way are from Dwayne’s 2016 album, ‘Stay Until The Morning’. This new 7” is  the follow up to Dwayne’s last Izipho single Let Me So’/ ‘Is It Me’ which was a sell-out. The new on is sure to go the same way – especially as it’s a limited edition – just 300 copies we believe! Learn more @
