US soul man TAKIM (Brown) impressed with his singles ‘Say It Like You Mean It’ and ‘Dancing To A New Groove’ – that last one featuring George Benson on guitar. We were told both tracks came from an “upcoming” LP, named for that ‘Dancing…’ tune.
While we wait, Mr T has just released another single – a steady, soul/R&B groove ‘Topsy Turvy’. On this one the guitar parts are taken by smooth jazz guitarist, NILS the twosome make a good team. Takim says: “I am thrilled to have the chance of recording with German Smooth Jazz Guitarist, Nils”. For his part, the guitar man adds, “I love the song and think we definitely share a great chemistry and truly have something special with topsy turvy.”
