Latest to be spending plenty of time in the studio is STONE PAXTON (a key member of Rick James’s ‘Stone City Band). His people tell us that he’s putting the finishing touches to a new long player, ‘Kundalini Awakening.’
Now as this week is his birthday, Mr P is releasing the album’s leadoff single… ‘Absolutely In2u’. It’s a chugging ballad with a light funk undertow. He says that the tune is meant to take you back to the time when soul music was part pf our daily lives!
