We’ve been following the progress of Swiss Neo-Soul singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist MISS C-LINE for some months. We’ve been told that the “C” stands for Carolina, we know little else! We have learned, though, that she cites her influences as Erykah Badu, The Roots & Robert Glasper and you can hear that influence loud and clear on her last two singles, ‘Burnout’ and ‘Flying’.
There’s more of the same on her upcoming release… ‘Trust’. The song is about love’s vulnerability and the opening warm soundscape reflects that message before it builds to a feisty and optimistic conclusion.
