Veteran UK soul man VICTOR HAYNES is preparing the release of a new album, ‘Can We Talk’’. The much-anticipated LP, the follow up to 2019’s ‘Take It To The Top’, is due September, but in the meantime, the album-heralding single is slated for an August 13th release.
Said single is a sophisticated, modern soul groove, ‘Touch And Go’. It’s a dancer, for sure, – but sedate and smooth as (probably) befits the current modern soul crowd – they like rug cutters – but, hey, not too frantic! Victor is experienced and savvy enough to understand this and his ‘Touch And Go’ really fits the bill!
