K’JON’S MOVING ON ....

Three of four years ago the soul world was quite taken by 'On The Ocean' by K'JON. The infectious modern soul groove was a radio hit and enjoyed a long run on the Billboard R&B chart. The beauty of the song was the young Detroiter's ability to marry serious issues to heritage soul sounds. Critics had him down as an artist of substance.

That prognosis has been confirmed with the release of the man's new single – 'Will You Be There', which deals head on with the issues of depression and suicide. The song is the lead single on K'JON'S new album – 'Moving On' which is soon to be released on the Shanachie label. Watch out for a review here @SJF ...
